The data presented at www.promed.cz are the intellectual property of PRO.MED.CS Praha a.s. company is registered at the Town Court in Prague, column B, rider 3 from February 1, 1989. Company ID: CZ00147893 (hereinafter the “Company”), and are subject to copyright protection, rights arising from the registration of trademarks, etc. The use, particularly the copying of the contents or part of the contents of these web pages is possible solely with the Company’s prior consent.

Information is updated by the Company as required and at the Company’s discretion. However the Company shall not be liable for:
(i)     any time delay in presenting new data;
(ii)    damage arising from the use of information published on these web pages;
(iii)   damage to the computer of other device of a third party as a result of opening these web pages;
(iv)   the contents of third-party web pages for which links (so-called prolinks) are published on these web pages.

The Company shall be entitled, without prior warning, to change the contents of these web pages, amend or remove them.

Information in Czech is intended solely for the Czech Republic, and other language versions need not entirely correspond with it, or they may be adapted to the Company’s commercial interests on foreign markets. So for human medicines presented in English and Russian, on these web pages, only translations of the basic data on the humane medicines traded on the Czech market are found on these web pages.

Although the information is processed in compliance with the data approved by the State Institute for Drug Control (SÚKL), the Company shall not be liable for any possible harm to health caused by an unprofessional procedure during the use or misuse of this information. This especially concerns information on human medicines subject to medical prescription which may not be used for determining a diagnosis without consulting a doctor, because this information is intended above all for healthcare experts.

The Company hereby also declares that under Act No. 378/2007 Coll., on Pharmaceuticals and changes and additions to certain related laws, it has established the Public Professional Information Service (VPOIS) by which the public can gain any information on the Company’s humane medicines. After a person sends the company a question, he shall receive an answer from the Company’s authorised experts within the shortest possible period – within 8 working days at the latest.

The Company fully respects the protection of personal data of visitors to these web pages and only collects their voluntarily provided data (e.g. name, address, telephone, e-mail) for the purpose of communicating with them, passing on the required professional information and does not collected it further. The Company provides safe protection of this personal data against misuse or disclosure, and the Company is fully aware that under the Personal Data Protection Act, it may not provide any third party with this personal data without the user’s prior consent.
