Dr. Bares Award

The management of the pharmaceutical company PRO.MED.CS Praha a.s. declares, usually in two-year intervals, the competition for the best scientific work in the gastroenterology and hepatology fields. The competition has been held since 1993, and in the year of 2005 was, on the occasion of honoring of memory of its founder, the long-standing general director and distinguished patron of gastroenterology, Dr. Rudolf O. Bares, called the Dr. Bares Award.
